Cancellation Policy
For a refund of 50% of total monies paid , a written notice must be submitted to CMA Events no later than 60 days
prior to wedding date. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 60 days to wedding. No refunds will be
made for additional services, i,ex- printable items. Items included but not limited to: favors, favor tags, wedding
programs,invitations (wedding, bridal shower, engagement party, baby shower and birthday's)menu cards, thank you cards
and reception table cards. If these items have been ordered and printed at time of cancellation no refund will be made.
It is understood and agreed that CMA Events, any of it’s employee’s performing hereunder shall not be held liable and
the company denies responsibility in the event that a scheduled wedding/event cannot take place or is delayed due
to circumstances beyond the control of CMA Events.
Terms and agreement
Delivery-
All items to be delivered on day of event is subject to delivery fee. Items included but not limited to: decorations, centerpieces, balloon decor, chocolate fountain, lolipops. This will be discussed at the time of ordering and will be noted on contract and payment receipt.
All other items must be picked up by client on mutually agreed upon date and time (unless prior agreement has been made).
Items included but not limited to: invitations, programs, menus, announcements, guest sign book, diaper cakes. This will be discussed at the time of ordering and will be noted on contract and payment receipt.
